Daniel Radcliffe Compares Deathly Hallows: Part 1 and Deathly Hallows: Part 2

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 was released and is now in theaters, while Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is going to hit the theaters in July, 2011. Here is one of the interviews with Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry Potter. Besides other things that were discussed, Dan gives a comparison between Deathly Hallows: Part 1 and Part 2.
Radcliffe describes both parts of Deathly Hallows in the following way: “it's a road movie that turns into a heist movie that turns into a war film.” He continues, “The last movie is going to be really, really fast-paced and a load of action in it and it is like a war film.” According to his words, the last Harry Potter movie will be different from the penultimate which is now in theaters.
Daniel Radcliffe said that for him the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 is the most interesting part of the story, because it's where the characters develop and change the most. “We all felt the pressure on this film to make it the best, because it's the last,” Radcliffe states. We can expect that the last movie of the Harry Potter saga will be the most exciting and probably the best work of the team.

Daniel Radcliffe Said That He Is Really Harry Potter

In a new video interview with Funny or Die, Dan Radcliffe has confirmed that he is really Harry Potter and within ten years he had been playing a role of the actor Daniel Radcliffe. Poor Harry, it has to be hard for the wizard to live among the muggles. But on the other hand, Potter likes to play Radcliffe, so the situation isn’t too bad for him.

Removed Scenes in the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1

Not all scenes from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 are included in the final version of the film. David Yates spoke about one such scene in his interview with MTV. You can see this interview below.

David Yates said that this scene was removed because it does not fit the atmosphere of the film. I think that as a director he has a point. But still I would like to see this beautiful scene about Ron and Hermione’s relationship. After all, Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is the third shortest movie in the Harry Potter series, which isn’t good for the penultimate film. Yates said that next year there will be up to 15 minutes of additional run time on the DVD, including this scene.

David Yates Commented on the Scene in the Cafe

Director David Yates commented on one of the scenes in the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 movie. You can watch the video here.

It is very interesting. So many nuances are taken into account during the filming. When you are watching such a great movies as the series about Harry Potter, you are so excited and don’t even think about how it was made. Every camera movement, every sound and color mean something, and they all together create to the atmosphere of the movie. It looks like the job of the director isn't easy and it is pity that most of such small details go unnoticed, but without them the whole picture would be totally different, because the actors on their own cannot make the right atmosphere in the film, no matter how good they are.

J. K. Rowling Gave a Promise not to Write Harry Potter Books anymore

J. K. Rowling sent a letter to Daniel Radcliffe where she promised him that no more Harry Potter books will be written. The Harry Potter saga is over. You can watch the interview of Daniel Radcliffe on MTV where Dan said about this letter here.

Daniel feels happy about this letter and the fact that he won’t be filming Harry Potter films anymore. Ten years is a long period of time and I understand his response to the Rowling letter. As Daniel Radcliffe said there is no need to be sad about the end of Harry Potter adventures. J. K. Rowling definitely will write, but her new books will be something new. And I am totally sure that we can expect even more interesting stories. It is obvious, because Rowling gainsed experience with the years and with no doubt her last book Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was her best work.

So, let's wait for a new awesome J. K. Rowling story, but don't forget about Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows: Part 1 – it is right time to watch it in the theaters; and the Deathly Hollows: Part 2 also definitely will be in the category “must see.”

Quidditch Themed Room with Harry Potter Wall Art: How to Make One

There are not many children who are not Harry Potter fans and most of these are also crazy about Quidditch as well. This wizarding game has taken over the imagination of children, as with everything else in the books. You might consider remodeling the bedroom of your child, or playroom for that matter, into a Quidditch themed room with Harry Potter wall art.
As soon as Quidditch is first explained in the books, everyone wishes they could at least go to see a match. Most wish they could play it as well. It sounds more exciting than any typical muggle sport could possibly be. How is it possible for football or soccer to compare to a game that is played on broomstick?
Also memorable is the time when Harry sees his first Quidditch poster. This is as new a thing to him as it would be to any of us. He is amazed to see that the players do not stay in one place. They are able to move around as if they were alive. You almost have to imagine what it would be like to have posters like these. Ordinary team posters cannot measure up in comparison.
If your child is as captivated by Quidditch as most, this is a great theme to decorate his or her bedroom. The whole space can be remodeled so that you know, not only that a Quidditch fan lives there, but also which team is the favorite. The first step, therefore, is to find out which team is the favorite of your child.
Most likely, it will be one of the four Hogwarts house teams. Gryffindor will be the favorite for most children. If this is the case for yours, the colors of the room will need to be scarlet and gold. If it is Ravenclaw your child prefers, the colors are blue and bronze. For Hufflepuff, they are black and yellow while Slytherin is green and silver.
With the colors set, you can go about making the room more Quidditch oriented. One way to do this is to buy removable wall art featuring Harry, Ginny, Ron and Oliver Wood in all their gear for Quidditch. This art can be bought in different sizes, even ones that are big as life. The art is also reusable. This means that it can all be moved around the room over and over again into different positions.
You can also get a snitch, a quaffle, bludgers, bats and brooms. House flags and banners with the name and colors are also available, further defining which house your child prefers. With this kind of reusable art, it will be easy for children to create their own games.
A Quidditch themed room with Harry Potter wall art is easy to create. Any child that loves Harry Potter and is a fan of Quidditch will feel like the fantasy has come alive. What was an ordinary bedroom of a muggle can be transformed into a room that would make Hogwarts student proud.

How to Find the Best Harry Potter Poster

Harry Potter is one of those movies that everyone knows and everyone loves and if you are a Harry fan, you know all about finding a Harry Potter poster. In this article though, we are going to talk about the next generation of Harry Potter posters and exactly what that term means. What we are referring to is removable and reusable posters, ones that you can take down as many times as you want without anything left behind.
The worst part about caking your room in posters is that you eventually have to take them down and that can leave everything from holes all the way to tape residue on your walls. The great thing about reusable posters is that they can actually just peel right off of your wall, which is fantastic.
Our posters are actually made out of durable, patented fabric matte paper, which actually feels a lot of like cloth, it is very easy to install and overall, you will have the option to customize the poster to whichever scene you are interested in. For example, if you have a favorite Quidditch scene, you will be able to get that via a poster!
Decorating your room up with posters is a great idea, but one thing that you want to keep in mind is that you do not want to damage whatever wall they are going on. That is exactly what this particular fabric matte cloth paper prevents, it is actually paper that feels like cloth and is totally reusable.
Another benefit of these particular posters is the fact that you are not wasting a poster when you take them down, which means that overall, you are helping the environment simply by investing in the next generation of Harry Potter posters!
While you want to make sure that you find exactly what you are looking for, you also want to make sure that you do the research. There are a lot of other posters out there that may be similar but they do not offer up a lot of variety. If you have a favorite scene or even a favorite move in a Quidditch game that you want to capture, you can!
That is the benefit of having a company that has a very, very expensive library of images. That is what you want to make sure that you find whenever you are doing your research. After all, if you are paying for a poster, you want to make sure that you find one that suits all of your needs and will truly look good in your room!
Finally, finding the right Harry Potter poster for you can be a difficult challenge, however it is not impossible. You just want to make sure that you not only find a poster that is going to be reusable but also one that is going to be durable. That is exactly what this cloth/paper is all about. It is durable, has all of the images that you are looking for and you can truly feel confident in your purchase. Overall, finding the right Harry Potter Poster is easy, if you know the right place to look!

Create Your Own Magical Universe with Harry Potter Merchandise

Author J. K. Rowling created a wonderful world of magic in her series of books. The movies brought this world to life, thrilling audiences to the sights and sounds of Hogwarts and Diagon Alley. Strange creatures were showcased, along with some rather strange characters. Little wonder, then, that Harry Potter merchandise quickly became popular. Now it is possible to use Harry Potter wall art to create your own magical room.
All the characters are there, from Harry, Hermione, and Ron to Bellatrix Lestrange and Draco and Lucius Malfoy. The professors are well represented, as well, such as Dumbledore, McGonagall, and Umbridge. Hagrid is also available, along with Mad-Eye Moody, Tonks, and Ron's siblings. The Dark Arts have not been overlooked, either. Posters of Voldemort, Snape, and Death Eaters are plentiful.
If your taste runs to magical creatures, you will find Dementors, the hippogriff Buckbeak, and assorted dragons. The menagerie Hagrid tended can also be found, such as Fluffy and Fang. Naturally the owls are available and even Dobby the House Elf puts in an appearance.
It is easy to create your own version of Hogwarts as well. Whether you want an image of the castle viewed from a distance, the common room, or the Fat Lady's painting, you will find it. Paintings of flags, patches, and badges for each house are also to be found.
The decrees Umbridge had posted are also available. You might also want a parchment with your favorite spell written on it. A list of Dumbledore's Army or a poster of the marauder's map could add just the touch to finish off your room.
If Quidditch is your sport, choose from a number of different scenes. Among the images available are players such as Harry, Ginny, and Oliver Wood. You will even find a poster for the World Cup match.
Whatever your favorite means of transportation, there are posters to represent them. The Knight Bus, the flying car, and Hogwarts Express are some of the choices available. You can also find the Durmstrang School Ship, the sailing ship that doubled as a submarine.
For those who want to mount their copies of the educational decrees Umbridge issued, there are authentic looking frames to do just that. There are also frames available in wood or metal to display your other items properly.
One nice feature is an easy to use room designer. Select the type of room you wish to decorate, and the program lets you insert doors, windows, and furniture. Choose the color for the walls, and the program will offer suggestions for arranging the wall art. You can reset and start over until you achieve just the look you want.
Whether you want to redecorate an entire room or just add a touch of magic, you can find many types of Harry Potter merchandise to help you achieve your goal. Harry Potter wall art makes a great addition to any bedroom, game room, or playroom. It is one of the most economical ways to transform the look and feel of any room from ordinary to extraordinary.

Mistakes in Harry Potter Books: Part 5

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

- In the fourth book, Harry gave the Marauder's Map to Mad-Eye, but in the fifth book the map appears in the Potter hands again. It is magic?
- During a meeting at The Hog's Head, Colin Creevey came with his brother Dennis. However, Dennis is only a second year student and to Hogwarts rules, he is not allowed to visit Hogsmeade until he is a third year student.
- Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Neville and Luna get to the Ministry of Magic wearing their robes, but they are in London! Wouldn’t they be afraid that Muggles would be suspicious of them?
- During the meeting of Dumbledore's Army, Cho lists the creatures with which Harry was fighting in the Triwizard Tournament: a mermaid, a dragon, and a spider. However, the spider was in a maze, and Harry didn’t tell anyone about what happened in the maze except Ron and Hermione.
- In the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Fred and George are fifth year students, while in the Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix they are in their sixth year.

Mistakes in Harry Potter Books: Part 4

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

- After Hermione stopped taking Muggle Studies, she said that the number of her additional classes were now equal to the number of additional classes of Harry and Ron. However, she had to study Numerology, Care of Magical Creatures and Ancient Runes. It is still more than the boys’ additional classes, because they studied only Care of Magical Creatures and Divination.

- At the beginning of the book it says that Harry knows about Dobby working at Hogwarts. But when Hermione leads Potter to the kitchen and he meets Dobby, he is surprised.

- Student Fawcett is mentioned twice in the book. First time - "Madame Pomfrey already treated Miss Fawcett of Ravenclaw.” The second time it says "Minus 10 points from Hufflepuff, Fawcett.” Split personality or just relatives?

- When Harry arrives back at The Burrow and hears about the horrors of the Weasley twins, Ginny tells him that there is always something blowing up in their room. But at that moment the twins were still minors, so how can they use magic outside the school?

- Mrs. Weasley read an article by Rita Skeeter about Hermione's relationship with Harry and Krum in the "Witch Weekly.” However, when Mrs. Weasley came to the third test and met Hermione, Harry said: "Mrs. Weasley, you certainly do not believe in that nonsense that Rita Skeeter scribbled for "Daily Prophet, do you?" They are not talking about same article.

- Barty Crouch Jr. said that he and his mother took on one another’s appearance. She takes the Polyjuice Potion until death and is buried with the name and appearance of her son. Everybody thinks that she is he. But consider this: the Polyjuice Potion must be taken every hour. Even if she took the Polyjuice Potion just before her death, one hour is too short time of a period for a funeral.

- In the end, after the death of Cedric, when everyone were going back home, Harry, Ron and Hermione were waiting for the coaches, which would deliver them to the station Hogsmeade. But if you remember the 5th book, Harry was able to see thestrals and he doesn’t see them when the coaches come to pick them up from the school.

Mistakes in Harry Potter Books: Part 3

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

- When Tom Riddle was talking to Harry in the Chamber of Secrets, he said that they are similar in many respects. One of his arguments was that "... we both are half-blood." But Harry is not a half-blood! Lily and James were both wizards. (Many believe that this is so because Lily’s parent were Muggles, just like Hermione’s parents. But it is not true.)

- When Harry looks into the past through the Riddle diary, he sees the time when Hagrid was expelled. In that past, he sees Dumbledore, who is not yet the headmaster, but only a professor of transformations. Dippet was the headmaster at that time. Hagrid tells everyone that it was Dumbledore who allowed him to stay in school as the gatekeeper. How could a simple professor solve such a problem?

- When Harry and Ron came to Hagrid at night, wearing an Invisibly Cloak, they were present during the visit of Dumbledore, Fudge, and then, the visit of Lucius Malfoy as well. Malfoy said that he came to Hagrid’s, because he "... was looking for the director, I called to the school and I was told that the headmaster was here." Later in the book, when Harry and Ron demanded Lockhart help them in saving Ginny from the Chamber of Secrets, he muttered in reply, "... an urgent call ... stern necessity ... I have to leave..." But there are no phones within Hogwarts! Muggle devices are not supposed to work at Hogwarts. Hermione tells Ron and Harry about it many times.

-At the end of the book, when the main characters asked Ginny what Percy asked her not to speak about, she replied that he was kissing Penelope in the classroom. Question: Did he steal her from the hospital? After all, she was a victim of the Basilisk, along with Hermione!
