First Light Awards ceremony took place on the 15 of March in London. And the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004) was named film of the decade.
The voting was made by public in association with the Bafta Kids' Vote. The Prisoner of Azkaban was chosen by children of the age group from 5 to 15 years.
The award was received by the producer of Harry Potter series David Heyman from Clemence Poesy, the actress who plays Fleur Delacour in films about Harry Potter. Heyman commented this by the following way: "It's especially exciting and moving to be voted Film of the Decade by children aged five to 15. We made the film for children of all ages from from to 105 really, but clearly a core part of our audience is young people and to be honoured is a privilege." More information can be found here.
